French Embassy Takes Delivery of an Electric Renault Kangoo

The French Embassy in Dublin has taken delivery of an electric Renault Kangoo Z.E. commercial to be used for daily chores and picking up and dropping off visiting guests.
The fully electric vehicle which was supplied by Renault Belgard was handed over by Emmanuel Bouvier, Renault Z.E. Global Marketing Director, is one of a full range of electric vehicles offered by Renault, who are the only manufacturer to offer a full electric range, from the Fluence Z.E. Saloon, the Twizy urban quadricycle to the stylish compact ZOE hatch.
Madame Emmanuelle d’Achon, French Ambassador to Ireland said,
The Embassy of France in Ireland is proud to announce its investment in a new electric commercial vehicle, contributing significantly to the objective of the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs to become a model department in terms of energy efficiency and the fight against greenhouse gas emissions. We are also proud of the fact that this vehicle is made by Renault, a French company at the forefront of green technology innovation which has a strong presence in Ireland.
